Healthy friendships: Study shows that having a girls trip is good for your health!

If your a woman spending time with your girl friends is always a good thing as it is time to catch up and enjoy each others company, but now it seems that spending time with your friends is not only a way to relax – but is good for your overall health too.

According to Southern Living, those who spend more time with their girl pals are more likely to have better overall health than those who don’t maintain good friendships.
